Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions to the Forecourt platform, operated by Forecourt (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/407708/07. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance.
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time by giving 30 days’ written notice via the contact channels published on our website or through your account.
Following notice of cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active, and you remain liable for fees, through the 30-day notice period.
- You retain access to the Service for the period you have paid for.
- We do not provide refunds for partial months. The month in which your cancellation takes effect is served out in full and is not refundable.
2. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the full annual term, including any promotional pricing (such as our pay-for-eleven-months offer).
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Once an annual subscription has been paid, the fee is not refundable in whole or in part, whether or not you continue to use the Service for the full term.
You may choose not to renew an annual subscription by giving us notice before the renewal date. If you do not give notice, the subscription may renew at the then-current standard rate.
3. Setup and onboarding
Where setup and onboarding are provided free of charge as part of a promotional offer, no fee applies and no refund is due in respect of those services.
4. Suspension for non-payment
If payment is not received within the grace period stated on your invoice, we may suspend access to the Service. Suspension does not relieve you of liability for outstanding fees. Access is restored once outstanding amounts are settled.
5. Service issues
If you believe the Service has materially failed to perform as described, contact us at support@forecourt.africa. We will investigate and, where we are at fault, work with you to resolve the issue. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.
6. How to cancel
To cancel a subscription, contact us at support@forecourt.africa or use the cancellation option in your account. Please include your organisation name and the station(s) affected.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your billing applies to that billing period.
